Epoch 105 AH LiFePo4 Battery

You can now purchase the same battery we install shipped directly to your location. This battery is slightly smaller than the AGM battery, and will fit in the same space using the same tie-down and cabling. In some cases such as tilted trays on Solis the packing foam that comes with the battery may be useful to prevent the battery sliding in the tray. Video coming soon...

Note:
  • For the Travato (all years), this battery fits in the AGM tray using the supplied spacer by inserting it bottom first with the top terminals facing forward and included zip ties to lock it in place.
  • For Travato 22+ years, the rear tray is difficult to work with and requires additional tools and techniques to fit the battery. On the G 22+, the tray may also be encumbered by wiring and hoses requiring additional work to relocate. Consider installing only a single battery in forward tray.
  • For Solis, examine the existing tray before purchase -- this battery ONLY fits in trays where the battery is fully upright, and not tilted on it's side.
  • For Coachman Nova, please contact us for more detailed instructions and additional kit pieces required before purchase.
  • Zip ties (nylon+steel) and spacer are included only for the 1st two batteries in the kit (shipped separately). Contact us for other arrangements.
  • Where replacing original AGM batteries, the existing cabling is reused. Extra cabling for installing more than 2 batteries is not included.
  • CBP-1 is also recommended for Travato

Epoch 300 Install Kit

Install kit for Epoch 300 batteries in Travato trays

Note:
  • Includes 13x8x3/4 spacer, two nylon 40" zip ties, and one 800 lbs test stainless steel zip tie
  • Kit also works with most other Winnebago trays where the battery is mounted upright, but not tilted

Converter Boost Plug

This jumper wire plugs into the Progressive Dynamics PD9245C Converter (used in the Travato only) to keep it forced into Boost mode (14.4 volts) for use with Lithium batteries. Simply plug it into the accessory port (normally used with the pendant) and the converter is switched into the equivalent of a 45 amp Lithium comaptible charger good for LiFePo4 batteries. Note that when upgrading to an inverter with it's own charge function such as the Victron 3000, the converter must be disabled or removed, and this plug is then not needed.

Note:
  • Avoids needing to replace the original converter with a LiFePo4 compatible model
  • Do NOT use this with AGM batteries!
  • For RVs that have a different converter, consult manufacturer specs for LiFePo4 option or replace

LI-BIM-225 Installation Kit

This smart power switching device replaces the isolation solenoid found on nearly all Winnebago Motorhomes as well as many others. Internal rotating switch mechanism eliminates the carbon buildup that cases all isolation solenoids to fail. Also provides reverse charging of the chassis battery from excess available charge power on the house batteries (solar or shore power). Installation kit includes a diode and IDC connector required to maintain the boost switch on the dash.

Note:
  • Avoids a more difficult install of a DC-DC converter
  • Makes charging any capacity of LiFePo4 batteries safe with the Promaster OEM alternator
  • Not recommended for Sprinter, Transit, or other builds - use a DC-DC instead

Shower Drain Cover

This ABS 3D printed plastic shower drain cover fills the depression in the floor of the Travato 59G (2014-2021) for more convenient shower usage. It also prevents larger particles being sucked into the drain pump without slowing the water flow, which allows removal of the pump filter that can easily clog. Install by removing the original cover and screwing it down over the drain hole fitting -- press down while turning until tight.

Note:
  • This part is compatible with Travato "G" from 2014 through 2021 including the G, GL, and NPF GL models.
  • See SDC-16 below for 2022 and later G models, also K models.
  • May also fit other Winnebago coaches such as Boldt.

  • This part replaces the SDC-1 original Shower Drain Cover and is the same design, but manufacturered with ABS instead of PLA plastic which may degrade with long term exposure to water.

Shower/Sink Drain Cover

This ABS 3D printed plastic shower and sink drain cover fills the shower drain in all Travato 59K/KL years, also 59G/GL in 2022 and subsequent years. It also fits most sink drains used in all years of both Travato models. It prevents larger particles being sucked into the drain without slowing the water flow. It also makes it less distrubing to step on the drain hole when showering. Installed by simply removing any existing cover or plug and pushing it into the drain hole. Remove by using a sharp object to pry up at the side lip.

  • This part is compatible with Travato "K" all years and Travato "G" from 2022 through current.

Remote Pump Switch Kit

This kit includes a pushbutton switch with a blue led indicator ring for turning the water pump on and off. Compatible with all Travato models except the 2014 and 2015 G. Includes switch, wires, connectors, and instruction sheet. Can be installed by connecting wires to pump control module or to rear pump switch wires.

Zamp Frame

This 3d printed plastic frame reduces the space taken up by the Zamp solar controller in Travato K models 2022+. The larger than necessary metal box holding the Zamp in the cabinet above the passenger side bed is removed, and this thinner plastic frame is used along with two included screws to attach it to the wall with minimal wasted space.

  • Not compatible with the MerlinSolar controller starting mid 2025

G Bathroom Cubby Door Latch (2 pack)

A pair of replacement door latches for the undersink storage area doors on Travato G models (also works with the same door on some other models such as Solis). These replace the difficult to operate plastic door latch with an easier to handle and sturdy all metal latch that is a snap to install.

G/K Shower Door Track

This is a 3d printed set of curved and straight track sections that replaces a broken shower door track in G and K models (where the door is silver slats). Kit includes 4 sections of curved track, 10 sections of straight track, and a dozen screws.

Tank Fill Plug *DISCONTINUED*

This 3D printed plastic tank fill plug is a replacement for the standard black fresh water tank plug. With a large handle it is easier to operate, and can be secured with a rope to prevent accidental loss.

Thermostatic Bathroom Faucet

This faucet is a replacement for the Travato 59G and 59GL (prior to 2022) bathroom faucet. It has separate flow rate and temperature control knobs. The flow rate knob allows smooth adjustment from a trickle to full blast. The temperature control knob sets the desired temperature (in Celsius) and automatically adjusts the mix to keep the temperature close to the target. The faucet fits the bathroom sink perfectly, with the aerator at the end of the J shaped spout positioned over the center of the bowl. The spout is also able to swivel out of the way as needed, and includes a diverter and hose for connecting to a shower head. You can use the supplied shower head or the original as desired. Installation is easy but does require some additional parts (see installation instructions for the details).

Note:
  • This is not compatible with the K or KL model bathroom, although it can be used as a replacement kitchen faucet in any model.
  • This part is not sold online by us, but is usually available as DE-002 from DudaDiesel

Induction Cooktop Adapter

Stainless steel adapter ring fits the hole in the counter from the Dometic CE99 2 Burner propane stove, allowing a True Induction model TI-1B single induction burner to be installed. Recommended for use with an L model or upgraded inverter only. Will work with 1000 watt inverter, but not at top power levels.

Note:
  • This is compatible with all Travato models that have the two burner gas stove, and also any RV using the same Dometic CE99 stove.
  • When removing the gas stove the propane hose must be properly capped off, and an outlet for the electric induction stove installed under the counter for it to plug into.
  • The induction burner model True Induction TI-1B must be purchased separately.

Black River / Summit Hinge Limiter

Two part metal hinge limiter installs on rear RAM Promaster door hinges to prevent opening past about ninety degrees. Install on both hinges for door with extra weight such as bike rack, just on lower hinge for door only. Introduced at GNR 2021. Compatible with all years and models of Travato.
